Mitch236 did you find a way to link your car Homelink buttons to house lights? I have the same request that is to use one of the 3 available car Homelink buttons to turn on the outside lights. I am using an Insteon model 2342-2 Mini Remote now. Have tried without success to link the Homelink button in Learn Mode using the Mini Remote. Maybe there is a Homelink Poly?

Amazon Echo does allow you to train it for each user to better understand and distinguish the voices of all users in the house. BTW, since you have a voucher, just buy the larger Echo which is better for listening to music and have fun with it. Blueprints allows you to customize responses to questions. One simple use is to say Alexa start a timer for 5 minutes to check the grill, along with other timers while cooking. After all, it is just a parlor trick.

When connecting through the portal to my ISY, I get the AC, select variables, and the variables list appears but at the top of the page the I get the error message ‘Error loading: vars/get//‘ repeatedly, after minutes the variables appear to update. I have gone through 3, 2486D 8 button KeypadLincs. Never got the backlights to work reliably using Admin Console. For that matter, not much success getting any scenes or programs to work reliably either. Even the dedicated ON/OFF button position A hangs. Was wondering if the new model worked better so will be interested in your experience.
