    Searching the forum a little further I found mention of the rest interface, which is what I need.

    My basic setup ISY-99i/IR Pro + Networking module +21 Insteon devices, several WinXP PCs on LAN. I want to run ISY program or turn on/off devices from a custom program written in TCL/Tk. This could be a Windows exe program or http url command or other. In my searching I did find a Command Line To ISY-99i Insteon Devices (Written in Java, ca.bc.webarts.tools.isy.ISY99CLI) but I'm not sure how to call that in my program. Any ideas?
