Thanks for the reply I can't seem to post the program, but it is simple. No condition Under then repeat every 30 minutes set rope light off This does not work?

I feel dumb even asking this, but I cannot seem to resolve this programming. I simply want to repeat a set off command 24/7 once an hour to a module. I have tried the "repeat" command in both then and else and nothing I have tried seems to work.

I did a preliminary test and hooked light to an inside lamp. No problem with recognition on ISY using LampLinc 2 pin Dim. The light responds instantly with ISY and does dim, but there is a flicker when dimming down. Once light is dimmed there is no flicker. I set it up with motion detector and it works as programmed. So far I am happy with this and will be putting in garage overhead light over the weekend. The LED appears to be the same or brighter than a 60 watt. Can you hear any buzzing noise?? If so can you describe how loud it is? Teken . . . I did not hear buzzing in table lamp or ceiling garage light.

Is it like your typical 2700k incandescent or more bluish like a lot of cheaper led's? It appears (far from an expert) to be whiter or brighter than another lamp with the incandescent 60 watt bulb in the same room.

Thanks Chris, My bulb arrived today and I should have it set up tonight. Good to hear it works with ISY

I plan on using this presuming that it works with ISY in the garage light that is left on. I was going to replace the switch, but saw this and was thinking it would be a quick fix. I also plan on utilizing the motion detector currently in the garage to auto turn on and shut off when no motion is detected. I will update when bulb arrives. Thanks to everyone on your input.

I just ordered the new Insteon LED light bulb which has an address. Will I be able to program this new item on ISY or do you have to create an update for it?
