  1. FYI, I ended up using REST with LabVIEW, works great. would be interested if anyone ever does get the web services tool in LabVIEW to work with ISY99i.
  2. Thanks Michel. I pasted wrong message, should have been NOTIFY * HTTP/1.1 HOST:239.255.255.250:1900 CACHE-CONTROL:max-age=120 LOCATION:http://192.168.1.103/desc NT:urn:udi-com:device:X_Insteon_Lighting_Device:1 NTS:ssdp:alive SERVER:UCoS, UPnP/1.0, UDI/1.0 USN:uuid:00:21:b9:01:02:39::urn:udi-com:device:X_Insteon_Lighting_Device:1 however, I suspect your answer is the same. I had tried /services.wsdl and got a labview error. I will try and post on labview site, thanks.
  3. I am trying to use Labview 8.5 as the IDE, it provides an automated tool for importing web services. I am able to use http GET to join UPnP Multicast group at 239.255.255.250 and port 1900. It returns the following: NOTIFY * HTTP/1.1 HOST: 239.255.255.250:1900 CACHE-CONTROL: max-age=180 Location: http://192.168.1.1:5431/dyndev/uuid:002 ... dc0000e800 NT: uuid:002129c8-bbdc-0021-29c8-bbdc0000e800 NTS: ssdp:alive SERVER:LINUX/2.4 UPnP/1.0 BRCM400/1.0 USN: uuid:002129c8-bbdc-0021-29c8-bbdc0000e800 To import the webservices labview is asking for the WSDL URL in a format of http://localhost/DateService.asmx?WSDL haven't been able to get it correct using info above - any suggestions?
