Hi Everyone.. I replaced the Batteries on 2 x 2842 Out Door Motion PIR the Front one came back and online and is acting as it should.. the other (Rear PIR) has not.. cant figure what to do to get it back online.. I tried reset, querey, Write to .. nothing .. See Attached pics.. Front is fine.. rear is sowing a different logo.. Any ideas ?.. appriciate the responses thanks Matt

Thanks.. actually never used that option.. Ill take a closer look but I use geofencing to provide system status.. Im Home Im not at Home Scenes are set accordingly.. But still does not explain why the ISY will not retain status on restart .. I now disabled Query at restart and will test .. thanks !!

Hello everyone.. Was wondering if anyone else has seen this issue when my ISY restarts (power failure for example) it fails to keep its status and all components are set to off on when the power returns.. I have to manually restart the scene it was running before the power failure.. I have confirmed "Catch up on restart" is enabled .. am I missing something else that needs to be enabled ? thank you ! Has anyone ever experienced this that after changing a battery on a wireless PIR due to a low battery flag… The low battery does not go back to normal or clear.. Everything seems to be working normally… But the low battery light is always on the I SY Thanks..

So Spoke to Michel at Tech Support.. Seems their server is flushing out due a failure or it was off line So far.. I have not had a reoccurrence .. And I enabled a gmail specific for the ISY.. So far.. So good.. Hope this helps

So I tried to set this up.. but the ISY server is now sending me 100's of emails at a time ? I deleted the ID out of my ISY and stopped all Programs relating to email notification...still sending.. I even changed email address.. still sending.. not sure whats going on.. what I did notice its all old emails from days ago continuously being resent.. sheesh..not sure if anyone has a fix..

BTW.. do you know.. when I do a text msg notify .. the ISY send a pre-text heads up and then I have to respond with a "read" to to get a second text that is the actual ISY msg.. is this the ISY or my provider.?? . id like only to receive the 1 msg.. thanks again Matt

Yes.. I also tried running a test and it failed I also tried running a Then then where the text notify... Nothing.. Odd.. I also rebooted the ISY .. Thx !

Sorry Stu.. Im just not sure what you are saying.. I think I just realized.. would it not be easier to set a off tigger on the PIR .. set the delay ON the PIR(Options) to 5 MIN.. When it times out to OFF.. I set another PGM to reflect when it receives an off command.. dim to 50% ??
