  1. I agree! I have the Echo and it works great. This is the closest thing I have seen to the Enterprise “Computer.” I look forward to Alexa working with the ISY.
  2. Greetings- I have the weatherbug module. Previously, I had no issues with finding the location ID. I reset my ISY and I am now unable to get the module to function properly. The "locate me" button does not work (I just get a long pause and the progress ball). The find button also fails. I enter my zipcode and nothing comes up in the list of available cities. I enter my city and nothing comes up. Nearby cities also fail to show up. Please help. -Paul
  3. I tried it earlier and no joy. I'll try again. Thanks for the help.
  4. I dont know if it is possible to combine these two programs. My girlfriend can't stand the keypad lights and switchlinc LED at night. So, I made two programs. One dims or eliminates the lights and the other returns the lights to normal levels when daytime returns. I didn't know if it is possible to accomplish what I did with one program using If, Then, Else rather then two. -Paul

Would you happen to know the default settings for INSTEON switchlinc dimmers and INSTEON keypads? (example: switch default is 75% and keypad default is On 10 / Off 2). Please advise. Thanks so much for the help
  6. Wow. I'm really impressed and really appreciative. How simple and clean. I had 6 programs and 3 variables to try and make it work. You made it really simple and I like the logic. Wow again. Thank you so much! If you are ever in South Florida I owe you a drink (or two or 3)! -Paul
  7. Greetings- Another user a while back spoke about making a program (or series of programs) where a button has to be pressed multiple times within a certain period of time in order for the program to activate (or deactivate) a certain device. Below is an example of what I am trying to accomplish (it is also what the other user mentioned): Press a keypad button ("Keypad Button") three times in succession to turn on a light. If more than 5 seconds elapses between presses, then the sequence resets and you have to start over. I use something like this for my garage door open programming: it prevents the door from opening if you happen to hit the KPL button by accident. You can also have a little fun with this idea, for example, turning the aux buttons of a KPL into a combination lock. Please help! I did not completely understand the other users post and I am hoping someone here can give me a hand. I am learning more and more everyday about the ISY and its interface and it is really amazing. If only it had the voice of Majel Roddenberry.
  8. Greetings- Which is the better option, Mobilinc or eKeypad? Does anyone have any advice? I couldn't find too much on eKeypad and Mobilinc looks like it could use some polish. I've read on this forum some people love Mobilinc and some hate it. I'd really appreciate some advice and comments. Thanks so much. -Paul
  9. I have been trying to make sense of the "hit the button 3 times within 5 seconds example." I am totally confused. Is there any way you can tell me what the other SCond and SBody programs would be so i can stare at it and try and make sense of it. WIth just S1 and part of S3 I am very confused.
