  1. I am able to use a button on the KeypadLinc as a controller with the dimmer as a responder, but not the other way around. I believe this means the devices can communicate and there are no circuit issues involved here. Also, they ISY shows the SwitchLinc is setting that KeypadLinc button to "On". Current state in ISY is On, but no light on the button. (The keypadlinc seems to be working fine as a controller of other scenes.) Update: Did a compare on the links table and sure enough there missing records. A restore on the device from ISY solved the problem. Thanks for your help!
  2. I have a (2477D) Dual Band Switchlinc Dimmer v.40 installed next to a (2486D) KeypadLinc Dimmer 8 button v.40. I am using ISY 99i, firmware v.3.2.6 I created a scene and set the switchlinc as the controller. I would like Button H of the KeypadLinc to be one of the responders in that scene. Upon adding button H of the keypadlinc to the scene, I can see the device in the scene on the ISY and everything appears normal. However, when I turn the scene controller (the dimmer) on, the state of the button H does not turn on. However, if I look at the table of devices in the scene, the admin console shows the "Current state" of the button H as "On" yet the light on the actual button does not turn on. Is it even possible to control the light state of individual keypadlinc buttons from a scene controller that is not another button on the keypadlinc? Why would the state of the button show as "On" from admin console but not actually be on? Any suggestions? Thanks!
