  1. Thanks, let me know if you happen to need a scheme or a picture and I will gladly upload it to this thread. G'luck! let us know...
  2. This might not be the best solution, nor the most elegant one around, but I managed to accomplish my needs with the use of a Triggerlinc connected to two foils of aluminum paper (10x4 in. ea.), backed by duck tape. Sandwiched between both foils, I inserted a 1/8" piece of the exact same size of hard upholstery foam, with 5 holes the size of a quarter. The whole thing fits under the seat cushion and reports an 'open' state until someone sits and compresses the 'device', promoting contact between the two layers of foil separated by the foam and closing the circuit... Believe it or not, it works perfectly each and every time...
  3. Thanks to all of you who have taken interest in the issues I describe. The service, Michel, uses the API key as the only authorization, according to the Wiki article and every other post I have read. There's a weird issue also with the email notifications. When I 'test' them via the admin console, everything works fine, but when a program calls for a notification, they don't work at all. Ideas?
  4. Tried again, got 'Subscriber didn't reply to event: 1' [40] and... TCP Client Request failed. Net Module Rule: 1:401. Increased the timeout and got the TCP Client... again... Clues?
  5. Well, it seems that the authorization problem continues. Would you give me a hand on how am I supposed to do it?. Now I just added an authorization header with the userid and pwd in a basic format, but I still get the 401 error...
  6. Is it still working for you guys (Prowl)? It was working for me until a couple of weeks ago and then it started giving me a 401 error... TIA!
