    ISY to modules communication problems

    stevemeadows replied to stevemeadows's topic in ISY994
    Other insteon modules are working. Some devices are on one 120V circuit and some on the other. I checked the range extender access points and re-coupled them and appear to be working. It could be the range extenders are the problem. Any way to test that other than buying new ones? Thanks for your help.

    I have been running an ISY 994i/IR PRO for some time with no problems until recently. Two lamp controllers, and 3 light switches have stopped working. I've rebooted the system and re-synched the lamp modules but no luck. The 3 light switch modules don't even respond to re-synching. Any ideas about what may be wrong, like maybe the PLM is bad? I hate to have to start a trial and error replacement of the problem modules. thanks
