Does this take the place of the I/Olinc then? I have one that isn’t being detected by my ISY994i.

And Thanks for all your help oberkc. It does happen from the ISY admin panel as well as mobilinc so I'm sure it's probably the I/OLinc that's acting weird. I've had it for maybe two years and just installed it for the first time last month.

Yes I'm picking the relay itself. I haven't created any programs with the sensor. It's just to tell me, along with a camera, the status of the garage door. It's odd but I just tried pressing ON again even though it was already showing the on status and it triggered the relay. It would seem this is not what is supposed to happen but......it'll work for me.

I do not have "Relay Follows Input" option selected and my momentary hold time is also 2 secs. ISY seems to be writing the option changes to the I/Olinc but nothing seems to change in the operation.

No It was in Momentary B. I just switched it to Momentary A but it's had no effect. I still have to turn off the relay and then turn it back on to affect the garage door. Maybe I just have to live with it.

Hi guys, I've been holding off asking this question because I didn't want to show my ignorance but I need some help. I've installed an I/Olinc and magnetic sensor to control and status my garage door. No problem there but the settings are confusing to me. What I want is to simply open and close the garage door using mobilinc on my phone or iPad. I can do that now but I have to click the garage door relay (in Mobilinc) twice to get it to engage the opener. What settings do I use to have the garage door open with one click and close on the next? The sensor is working fine to show whether the door is open or closed.

Just for my own sanity here thirdwaver, your saying you installed a new sensor switch? The one mounted on the floor with the flex tubing correct?

Do you know yet when the next online training session will be. I'm seriously interested in getting completely away from SmartLinc and moving to the ISY994i. Anything I can learn about how to set it up and operate it as well as it's capabilities and interfaces will help. Thanks, Ritch
