Is there a secrate to getting this to install? When I click to Install I get the gollowing.. - an Orical Java installer pops up - when it gets clise to the end I get an error that says "unable to install shortcut" - then I get snother error in an sys style box that says not found. - then it opens up an sys finder thing where i can enter the url for my sys asmin console and click it - when I click it.. It runs The instaler leaves s .jnls file on my computer... If I click it I get the not found message and the isy finder pops up with my url listed that I had enterd before. Is there a way to get this to install properly without the notfoind and isy locator thing?? I am using safari and running Mountain Lion Thank you

Ok.. So now it started working all of a sudden. Im not surr what I did.

I'm using 3.2.6. I tried upgrading to 3.3.4. hoping it was a bug but it did the same thing so i moved back to 3.2.6 since 3.3.4 is a release candidate. I have also tried doing a hard reset on the switch and using the restore option... still same thing :/

For some reason I can not adjust the local ramp rate for a switchlinc dimmer via 994i. I can adjust the brightness and LED level.. But the ramp rate seems to have no effect. I can adjust the ramp rate of my lamplinc just fine... Also I can adjust the ramp rate of the switchlinc dimmer directly on the switch by double tapping the set button... Just not via the isy. :/ Also the manual for the switchlinc dimmer (2477D by the way) says that it has a beep on key press option that can only be enabled via software or centre controler... Can the ISY enable this? I don't see an option for it. Any clues?
