  1. Thanks, I'll try the new firmware. My problem is that I cannot set "Trigger Reverse" with Set Options but will try with the new firmware. I did expect that the write would not happen without the system believing their was a change, my point was that I changed the options and no write occurred, meaning my change was not accepted by the iSY99i as being "different' Again, I'll try the new firmware. Tx, David
  2. Morning everyone, this is my first post to the board. Thank you to everyone for all the great information you have put together and posted here. It's been a fantastic resource for me. I've been adding new modules and abilities to my system in the past few months, and finally got the I/O Linc Garage door control out of the box and installed it yesterday. Everything installed easily, but I'm having a devil of a time getting it to work just right. I've read all the manuals and found this listing in the Wiki (but it appears to be quite old: http://www.universal-devices.com/mwiki/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:Garage_Door_Kit I appear to have to problems (or maybe they are related: 1. The status leds on my KeyPadLinc devices are showing reverse status (lights are on when door is closed, off when it is open - I'd like the opposite) 2. when I go to "Set Options" on the IOLinc, the change I make don't seem to propagate to the device (no "Writing" event occurs, when I review the changes are not shown). The Kit I received did not have two sets of wires from the reed switch, so it would appear I only have Normally Open available. From reading the Docs it sounds like I should be able to programmatically change the behavior, but I'm starting to wonder if it wouldn't be easier to go buy a Normally Closed reed switch and replace it. Also: The documentation for the unit recommends choosing "Momentary C" for the unit in Garage Door Use, and the Wiki link above recommends "Momentary C" I'm supposing that Momentary A setting is appropriate for the split programming design recommended in the Wiki. Any advice is most welcome! Thanks, David
