    Cannot get ISY to respond

    I'm having the same issue. I can connect from MobiLinc Pro, but not from the computer. I'm on a Mac, tried launching the admin console from the link, and clicking the red "My ISY button on the support page. Tried both from Safari and Firefox. The red button opens an admin console, but it doesn't populate. The link gives me the "not found" error, and entering the IP manually yields an "invalid URL" message. I have power-cycled the ISY and the PLM, no improvement. JUST tried entering the IP in the browser, which got me to the page the ISY serves. Succeeded in launching the admin console from there!
