Scene Problem
It turns out that the problem was in the wire connecting the irrigation controller to the valve. The wire came loose and fell out. Thanks for the help.

Scene Problem
My home irrigation system consists of an EZRain Irrigation Controller that is controlled by an ISY program. I want to add an 8 button On/Off Keypad to show which sprinklers are on and to be able to command them by pushing the appropriate button. I created a Scene containing a button and the appropriate Irrigation Controller interface. I can call up the Scene but nothing happens. Any suggestions? Do I need to use a Scene? Would it be better to do this all by program?

Missing buttons.
I deleted 11 devices to see if it would change anything. It didn't. I deleted the Keypad and linked it back. That brought out the buttons. I have no idea why some of my devices in My Lighting are red. I appreciate your helo. Joe

Missing buttons.
The other red devices are SwitchLincs I installed with the subject device. They are part of my plan to improve the lighting in the master bathroom

Missing buttons.
I added this some time ago. When it didn't work I decided to wait until I had replaced my ISY-99i with an ISY-994i. I just made the swap. I haven't worked with ISY for some time. So, it's likely I didn't do this correctly. Here's the screen print. ISY 001.doc

I right clicked on the HeypadLinc and got no place to select group.

I installed a 2334-2 KeypadLinc Dimmer with 5 buttons. I can find the KeypadLinc but not the buttons. Are they hidden. Or did I make a mistake when I added it to my system? How can I correct this? Thanks

I go to Tools and select log. I select Excel format. Then there's a warning about macros. Time before last I declined macros and received nothing. This time I accepted macros and got over 44,000 log entries in an Excel spread sheet. I would like to trim that down a lot. But I don't know how. Maybe the only option is to erase the whole log. Which is what I might do. Joe

Lee, I appreciate your help. On further investigation I discovered I had failed to save the program changes. Does that happen a lot? I will check out the event viewer. I'm sure it will come in handy some time. I would still like to know how to get the log running. Thanks, Joe

I'm migrating my X10 system to mostly Insteon. I started with some lighting activities. Then I programmed my sprinklers in X!0. That worked fine. I just converted my sprinkler relays to Insteon. I can communicate with the new relays individually. My sprinkler program runs but, the sprinklers don't work. So, I looked at my log and it is empty. How can I turn it on? Thanks, Joe

E net connection problem
My access problem was solved after I unplugged the PLM and replugged it. After the ISY booted up it was able to connect to the router. Now it works fine. Joe

E net connection problem
I have checked my cables. And replaced the e net cable. The ISY cable connector shows a steady green light and a linking green light. The router connection shows a green light. So, I think the connections are OK. The ISY is not on the router's DHCP client table. I have spent more than two hours with AT&T trying to solve this. So far, none of them has any idea how to add to the client list. I'm beginning to think my problem is in the router. Does the ISY continue o try to connect to the router? Or, do I have to do something to make that happen? Is there any way to increase the font size or these messages? Thanks, Joe

E net connection problem
I have been using an ISY-99i for some time. Now I can't access it by e net. The ISY is working fine. My modem is working fine. I have two PCs and the ISY connected to it. The e net connection at the rear of the ISY shows one solid green light and one blinking green light. At the other end a green light goes on where the cable is connected to the modem. MEM and ERR are blinking. I ran www.universal-devices.com/991. It didn't find my ISY. I rebooted my modem and the problem remains. Where should I go from here? Thanks, Joe
