Michael, I said the log was longer than I expected because there were three and a half pages for just one day. Most of them were User - System. Over one page was entries for one device, an Insteon wall plug with an X10 address. All these were User - System. Does System mean that it was a received signal and Program is a sent signal? If not, is there a way of telling? I appreciate your help. I'm slowly absorbing this information. Thanks, Joe

I'm trying to understand the Log function. I printed one and it has a few mysteries. What does the column Control represent? Mine contains lots of "Status", "D3" "D11". What dos User represent? My log shows User as either System or Program. My log has far more entries than I expected. Does the ISY run around checking Status a lot?

I'm just beginning to install ISY-99 and succeeded in messing up my userid/password. Would a Factory Reset bring me back to ground zero? I haven't entered anything, so I have little to lose. Thanks, Joe

I have an extensive X-10 system. Two years ago I experimented with a few Insteon devices with no luck. Last April I discovered ISY. I downloaded the ISY User Guide and read the whole thing. I discovered that the X-10 support was not very robust. I talked with UD and was told that would be fixed in late summer. I just tried to download a copy of the User Guide but can't find it. I noticed that the copy I downloaded has no reference to current date. Is there a version of the User Guide more current than last April? If so, how can I download it? If not, will there be an update? Thanks, Joe
