  1. Thanks, that did the trick! I was wondering about that, but didn't know how to update the UI part of the firmware. Cheers, Ryan
  2. I am new to ISY-99i and to INSTEON devices in general, so please go easy on me. I have been able to get all my 2477D dimmers working with my ISY-99i, but my 2487S isn't recognized. I also do NOT see it listed in the device pulldown despite my firmware being version v.3.3.10. I've also tried rebooting the system. When I add the device using the address and allowing auto discovery, it shows as "Unsupported Device:2.44". What am I missing? From the About dialog: Firmware: Insteon_UD994 v.3.3.10 ( 2013-01-17-01:13:50 ) UI: Insteon_UD99 v.3.2.6 ( 2012-05-04-00:26:24 ) Product: ISY 994i/IR PRO (1110) - Open-Auto-DR (21010) Thanks for any insight you can offer me. Ryan
  3. Incidentally, rebooting the ISY and the PLM seems to resolve the issue, but I can't be rebooting every day. It makes creating a vacation program meaningless. How can I verify I have the latest stable firmware? Cheers, Ryan
  4. Hi, I just purchased an ISY 994i/IR Pro and about a dozen Insteon dual band dimmers. I have the dimmers installed and hooked up the ISY, and at first things seemed to go fine. I was able to control my devices, programs ran as expected, etc. But twice now after several hours, the devices seem to become non-responsive to the ISY. I can't seem to turn devices on or off through the admin panel, and while programs seem to run and write to the log, the devices don't respond. The first time this happened, I eventually couldn't even get the ISY to show my devices in the admin panel after a while. I did a factory reset, and started from scratch, and everything was working again. But it has become non responsive again. This time I can still see all the devices listed in the admin panel, and I have a green "Ready" flag in the lower left side. Any clues as to what is happening. Firmware 3.2.6 Thanks for any suggestions! I'm at a loss. Cheers, Ryan
