I have just come across this thread. I have had this issue since the V3 Alexa skill upgrade AND re-adding the spokens through the portal. I kept getting the repetitive message from Alexa that after Nov 4th this device wont work unless V3 is put in place. Ive been doing trouble shooting by restoring devices, trying to figure out triggers, etc. This morning I removed the device that came on randomly from the the spokens in the portal. Havent had the issue since. I think it is an Alexa thing. Of course I cant use voice in this state.

Good Evening! Trying to resolve an issue. I have 2 switches operating one light. one is a switchlink, one is an Icon switch and the other is a keypad. All three switches turn on the light just fine but the console will not turn it on with any of the three switches. They click and change to "on" (or "off") but the actual light does not come on. I would like to resolve this so I can use Alexa with it. Any ideas?

Thank you! I have tried this several times now and it keeps coming up as a Dimmer Switch. The EISY is right next to them so I dont think distance is an issue.

Good Afternoon Trying to Zwave Bali shades. 1 and 2 connected fine as Zy017-1- Class C Motor Control. Works well with Alexa. the other 2 connect as a Dimmer Switch. Alexa just says "Shade 3 not responding. Any way to force these as a Motor Control?

So I want to open the garage door when "in-range". I have the old garage door kit from insteon with the sensor. Is there any way that the system can check that the door is already opem (sensor open) and only send the command if it is closed?

Under "Node Servers" (Eisy), "Ring", then "Add all nodes", it wont load anything with ring on the left side. Everything is active in the portal. Any ideas?

I have successfully switched to Eisy. But I am now noticing that often, the programs become disabled. I have to manually re-enable all of them, Is there something that that i am missing that could be causing that?

Real dumb question. I have poking around looking to get the nose servers for Ring and MyQ. Where is the store please? And is the required PG3x there available for purchase?

So just an update to this so that someone else may benefit. All I had to do was to set the upper and lower limit: Connect the Zwave blinds to the Eisy: Add it to the Portal through Alexa. If you select "Device\Set-Lower-Raise", then you are all set. You can set it to 1% - 100% and everything in between with your voice. Nothing in the below has to change. I still dont know what some of those things are but its working the way I want it to. I also have a program for them to come to 50% every morning and close every evening to 0% .

They are Bali shades. Zwave with the new Zmatter attached to Eisy. It worked great with the ISY but that set up looked different. I cant figure out how to set these.

Good Afternoon! Just set up Eisy. Trying to understand the shades. Zwave found them fine. It shows it as a class c motor control. There are different levels of percentages (which I assume is 0% for closed and 100% for full open). I have a program set up to put them at 50% in the morning. But I am not sure how to set up all of these boxes showing percentages and fade rates. Any help would be appreciated. When I select "on" shouldnt it go to 50%?
