  1. not by default, i'm reaching out to their development team to find out more about working with ISY/Insteon.
  2. I was just at a local distributor and was playing with this. The screen is nice although i'm not a fan of the vertical lines for the 2/3/4 gang models. This would be cool if it can integrate with insteon, but would really require some sort of special faceplate to work in a box bigger than single gang, one that might be their touch screen with decora cutouts for the 2/3/4 gang spots.
  3. Won't need to get a refund. I figured out the solution is to create user accounts in the ISY portal under USERS and then to assign each user account a preferred ISY UUID. I can then make each separate profile connect using it's associated user account and it works perfectly. (note: I created email aliases for the user accounts so that I wouldn't need to create additional email accounts) -Mike
  4. What do I do to get a refund for the 3 x ISY portal licenses that I just bought this morning then as they are useless for me?
  5. How do we handle multiple ISY controllers in the Portal and using Mobilinc? when I put the information in, I'm assuming it can't determine which ISY device to connect to. It looks like it parses and updates the data, but then there are no devices, no scenes...nothing. In Lighting Controller, where it says "UUID of ISY", it says Remote ISY instead of the actual UUID of the controller like on another system i have with just 1 ISY unit in the portal. Thanks
  6. Is anybody else having issues with how slow the ISY portal seems to take to update MobileLinc compared to how quickly MobileLinc Connect would update? I used to be able to open MobileLinc and it would immediately start to update my device status from MobileLinc Connect. Now, when I open MobileLinc connected to my.isy.io, it opens with all greyed out items and then 10-15 seconds later, they start to populate status. This just seems like an extremely long time to have to wait to be able to turn something on/off. Are others having the same delay issues?
  7. I would have to totally agree with arw02 on this. The micro modules would let you keep the heavy duty switches at the end user side of things. (a potential side benefit might even be that certain lights during certain hours could be programmed to be on or off regardless of what somebody does with the physical switch) As for the GEM unit, I think this would definitely be a great route to go. If you're not familiar with them, go to: http://www.greeneyemonitor.com or http://www.brultech.com their website is a little lacking on some details, but the products are a great entry point into power monitoring/control interfaces. Also, as for an HVAC control systems, make sure to look at the Honeywell Spyder technology. It's more of a distributed system where you can locate controllers in physical proximity to the equipment being controlled/monitored and then they talk to each other over a standard ethernet network (ideal for multi building campus'). The great thing is you can access all of the controllers programs/interface via connecting to 1 unit via a web browser/etc.
