  1. Just a quick note to say thanks to the design and support teams at Universal ! I am finding the more I learn about the product the more I want to do with it ! In reading some recent posts, I see that more and more users are stretching the boundarys with requests for added features. I am sure at times your team gets frustrated with some of these demands but keep in mind it is truly a compliment to the framework you have created that allows us users the opportunity to dream up new uses for your products, knowing we have a solid product complimented by excellent support services that allows to dare to dream ! Keep up the great work ! Rick
  2. I am spinning my tires on this one I would appreciate some insight if anyone can help. I am controlling my Nuvo home audio using network resources and a Global Cache GC100 but in order to adjust the volume I need to be able to pull a value from a webpage. I want to be able to set the volume from 0-79. I can get the value into a variable using REST, but can not find out how I can get that variable into the body of the Network Resource Editor. In summary I want to be able to click on a variable on a webpage and execute a TCP command of *Z1VOL\r\n. If this isn't possible are there any other options I could explore? With 16 zones and 79 volume setting it would be overwhelming to enter in each one manually. Thanks all for any ideas !
  3. Thanks for the tip. It worked great ! Rick
  4. Hi Folks, I have a couple of 2486D's that I am trying to command in Programs to turn off after a delay. The 2486S works fine, but the 2486D's do not have an option to set them to zero or turn them off. The only options I am given are to set the LED brightness levels. My ISY994 is at firmware version 3.3.10 and my keypads are v .41 Here is an example of what I mean. In the bottom right Action area, I can only set the device to various backlight levels, but not actually turn it OFF. Any ideas? Thanks ! Rick
