  1. I have been having exactly the same problem just started this afternoon. So I downloaded the console as MrBill suggested in his last post, and I was able to log into the console ONE TIME. When I closed the console and tried to reopen using the ISY Finder, it does see my ISY, but still won't show the dropdown menu when I click on my ISY. I tried to open the console again with the download I got from my ISY and now it won't run. Based on the error message, it does look like some kind of a certificate problem. For now I can't get to my console, but the ISY is operating fine in the background.....
  2. Set up SMTP using smtp.gmail.com and now everything works fine. Thanks for the suggestion. Any idea why the default doesn't work?
  3. I agree. It looks like for some reason the problem is on AOL's end - I was just hoping that someone had encountered this before and had a workaround. I have been using the default SMTP settings, so I'll try using an alternate and see if that makes things work.
  4. This is the error log covering the time yesterday when I tested the email: Thu 2013/07/04 03:37:42 PM System -10 n/a Thu 2013/07/04 04:09:20 PM System -5012 42 Thu 2013/07/04 04:19:36 PM System -10 n/a Thu 2013/07/04 04:26:53 PM System -10 n/a Thu 2013/07/04 04:30:53 PM System -10 n/a Thu 2013/07/04 04:32:59 PM System -10 n/a Thu 2013/07/04 04:33:38 PM System -10 n/a Thu 2013/07/04 04:42:19 PM System -10 n/a Thu 2013/07/04 05:41:34 PM System -5012 43 I just tested again now with the same results, and nothing was added to the error log.
  5. I can send email alerts to gmail and outlook email recipients, but not AOL. I have three recipients (one recipient on an outlook email server, one @gmail.com, and one @aol.com) set up in an email group on the settings/groups page. When I click the "Test" button, the gmail and outlook recipients get the test email, but nothing comes through to AOL. I've turned off the spam filter on the AOL account, and still no alerts. Any idea why?
  6. It works the way you describe for set button pushes. It also flashes very rapidly sometimes without a button push. Is this to indicate it is transmitting? Thanks again for the quick answers!
  7. Thanks. That helps. One other question. Is there documentation somewhere describing the different LED flashing patterns and what they mean?
  8. I have a few of these sensors and they behave in this same manner - pushing the set button toggles between Wet/Dry = On/Off and Off/On. If I disable and re-enable the sensor on the main menu, the Current States are Dry = Off, Wet= Off. When I wet the contacts the Current state of Dry = On, and Wet=Off. Drying the contacts causes no further state changes. Couple of questions: 1. Is all of this normal (from what I read here, I think it is)? 2. How should I manage one of these sensors in a program? It is easy enough to trigger an event on Dry = On (the sensor is wet), but how do I detect when the sensor becomes dry again given the behavior I observe above?
