  1. log shows Elk-ERR when trying to get topology.
  2. I haven't checked the error logs yet. Will look for those. When I enter the new IP info and click save, nothing really happens. The new settings appear to be there but when i exit the admin console and go back in, they did not save and the config settings are blank. I'm not connected to the M1 with ElkRP at the same time. I did ensure that. I'm using port 2601 which is enabled in the Elk config for the M1XEP. I does seem like a communication of some kind. I can ping the ISY and the ELK from my laptop running the admin software.
  3. Yes they do. Both show Insteon_UD994 v.4.9.0 (2020-12-22-11:51:19)
  4. Running the Elk Module on ISY 994i Pro. Firmware 4.9.0. I haven't tried rebooting the entire Elk Panel but I have rebooted the M1XEP when I changed the IP settings. Same with the ISY. I could reboot both and see what happens I guess.
  5. Hi there, had to reset up my Elk configuration as I changed the IP addresses on my ISY and Elk M1XEP. I have verified that both do have the IP addresses that they are supposed to. both on the same subnet. Issue is that when I enter the new settings into ISY Admin console, they won't save. I've enabled them but they just won't save. I exit the admin console and when I go back, they are gone again. Not sure what this could be but I need to get this setup again so that I can communicate to the ELK panel. Please advise. Thanks!
  6. Hello, I finally got around to upgrading my ISY99i to ISY994. I've did a restore and all my devices came back. However, I'm having issues with the Elk Module. I can't save the IP address of my ELK or the additional settings.. .port and pw. Please advise if there is something that needs to be done so that the new ISY knows I paid for the Elk module. Thank you. -Darrell
  7. So I created a scene with only the problematic device as a responder and I still had issues. I've removed the scene now and just created a program that runs each of the four devices independently. Not ideal but a work around that seems to work.
  8. Stusviews, I'll give that a try tonight and will advise. Thanks.
  9. Paul, thanks for the help. The one zone that is problematic is using an outletlinc that I have installed in my garage. All the others are either switchlinc or an outdoor on/off module. I've recently been switching my mr16 bulbs over to LED's as well. I'll make sure I get them all swapped out and see if this helps however, I'm using the same transformers with the only change being LED bulbs so maybe not. If not, I can try plugging the transformer into a regular outlet and use another outdoor on/off module that I have. If all that fails, I guess I can remove that device from the scene and add it to the program after the scene is turned on or off but that kind of defeats the purpose of a scene . Thanks for your help. Darrell
  10. Hi there, I have setup a scene to control 4 landscape lighting transformers (scene is called landscape lights). I had this working fine before when I was controlling each transformer independently through a program. I read that this isn't the ideal way to do it so I setup a scene to accomplish the same thing. I've tied this scene to a button on an insteon keypad linc but for the most part the scene is run each night through a program in the ISY. It's something like, if the time of day is 30m past sunset, turn on scene "landscape lights" until time is 11:30pm else turn off the scene. This seems to work fine for three of the four lighting zones but one zone will not come on or off when run as a scene. Run as a lighting event on it's own it will work fine. If I try to run the scene from the keypad linc (controller) it does not work either. Could someone please offer a suggestion as to what could be causing the issue here. Thank you in advance.
