Thank you very much, I was able to go into the mobile app, settings, controller, then deselect portal. Then open up local, input ip address with http://ip address, then in next box 80, then admjn for user, and password next. Saved it and synced. It now works like it should. I submitted a ticket for a refund. Keeping my fingers crossed, and thanks to everyone for helping me get it working without the portal.

How do I turn off the portal? I just renewed the portal, but do not want to use it, and when it expires again, I can then continue to use it until we sell the house without the portal. Do I revoke the portal?

Is there any other android app that can be used without the portal? Can it be used in Windows 11 without the portal? It makes no sense to need a portal when you are only using it on your own internal network.

Do I need the portal to use my ISY994i...if I am only using it for controlling my lights inside my house with no external use? If not how do I get rid of the node so I can use my ISY994i again with my android app?
  7. OMG... I never looked at the top left to see the time was different. The time zone was not corrected...it is now and it works. Thank you very much for the help... I knew it had to be something simple! I am sorry iwasted everyones time over a incorrect time in the ISY.
  8. i even synced the time in the software with my laptop, and no difference.
  9. nothing happened. i then went back to main and it still showed it was off (I did this just in case the pump was a problem), and i turned it on and off via the ISY9941 with no problem.
  10. I just set it for 4 minutes in the future., and then selected update, and then save.. I will wait and see again.
  11. Yes I set it 2 minutes in the future, and then waited for the time to pass.
  12. I just ran it again, and made sure i hit save and the little box popped up and showed it saving it. still nothing
  13. I tried this again the way you posted right before I posted...still nothing happens.
  14. I just verified that it turns on and off using on, off, fast on, or fast off I set up the program from scratch again, and still no go. If I can just get it to go on, then I can move on to get it to turn off with the program.
  15. I set the time to start and set as if, next I set to turn on...nothing happened when the time to start arrived. Shouldn't it start, and then I would have 2nd program to stop the next morning?
  16. Hi, I have a ISY994i, and have had it for years, but this is the first time I have tried to program it. What I am trying to do is turn on the Aquarium Air pump at 10pm every day and turn it off the next morning at 9am. I tried setting it up, but it did not work so i tried a test with it going on during the day and then turning off a few minutes later...nothing happened. Can some one please assist me so i know what i am doing wrong? Thank you, Ron
