  1. I think I found the problem and it is my browser. I had a bunch of other java applications running. At one point this evening, I stopped getting status for all my insteon devices (mostly switchlincs). Once i restarted the browser and only brought up the admin console, I started getting status from both 2441zth units! One of the units is not reporting its Heat/Cool State but I can live with that.
  2. I just purchased two new 2441zth wireless thermostats and am have significant difficulty getting them to report status and accept the fan state command. I have been scouring the forum and haven't found anything that helps. My ISY99 is running firmware and UI v.3.3.10. Both of my new 2441zth devices have firmware v1.3. I have been using another 2441zth for a while with no problems. My older 2441zth has firmware v1.2 so I am wondering if some changes have been made that are causing these problems. Items that work: - Thermostat reports its Heat/Cool State on the admin console - Thermostat responds to setpoint and thermostat mode changes from the admin console Items that are not working: - Temperature status from the thermostat to the ISY99 - Setpoint status from the thermostat to the ISY99 - Humidity status from the thermostat to the ISY99 - Fan status from the thermostat to the ISY99 - Fan command from the ISY99 to the thermostat (stuck in On state and produces error on attempt to set it) I have tried factory resets on the thermostats and re-linked several times. I have induced temperature changes >2 degrees in an attempt to get a temperature status report. Both of my new 2441zth thermostats with v1.3 firmware exhibit this behavior. They are running on batteries and I wake them up before attempting to send them commands. Not sure where to go from here. Really want these things to work. Please help!
