  1. Instead directly connecting to each camera and opening ports for access, I'd rather go through Blue Iris. Sent from my SM-F946U1 using Tapatalk

    Blue Iris

Has anyone used UD Mobile to connect to your cameras through Blue Iris? I would prefer this route as all of my cameras are isolated from being reached through an exterior connection.
  3. Okay sounds good. Thank you for the info. Sent from my SM-F926U using Tapatalk
  4. Thank you for the response. So my plan was to add these around the kitchen countertops to replace my regular white LEDs. I was able to include it in my Eisy, but when I turn it on, it does not do anything. I will try to mess with it more to see why it is not working correctly. Sent from my SM-F926U using Tapatalk
  5. Just wondering if anyone has used one of these controllers? How do you control the different colors? Thanks Sent from my SM-F926U using Tapatalk
  6. I just submitted the ticket. Thanks Sent from my SM-F926U using Tapatalk
  7. It's on Android. I tried a fresh install and it continues to crash. Sent from my SM-F926U using Tapatalk
  8. So I am not sure why UD Mobile keeps crashing. It was working fine up until I began changing statuses, colors, and icons in my favorites about two weeks ago. Now it will not stop crashing when I open the app. I tried removing the app and to start it new, but it is still crashing every time I try to open it. Any suggestions, please? 9. Okay thank you. What a bummer!
  10. When the first version of the Polyglot came out, I was able to connect my Nest thermostats to my ISY. Is there another way to connect them to the Eisy that others are using? Thanks
  11. So I just found the serial to rj45 cable that came with one of the PLMs that I had as an extra and used that to connect to the Eisy. It is now up and running. I used a usb A to serial db9 adapter to the Serial cable to rj45 to a RJ45 coupler to the Ethernet cable to the PLM. Kind of a mess but it worked.
  12. PLM was plugged in and connected to the Eisy before I turned it on. Still having comm issues. I am making my own cable as I found out that the db9 to rj45 adapter was wired different as this was typically used to connect to other fire alarm panels. Now just trying to make my own at least until UD has them in stock again. I did try to factory reset the PLM but i still have the 0.0.0 v0/ not connected for my PLM status.
  13. So I just received the Eisy this afternoon. I am trying to set it up as it is replacing my Isy-994i. I was able to restore the backup, migrate everything. But it will not see my PLM. When I check the PLM info/status, it shows not connected. I am using a usb to Serial / Serial to DB9 adapter. I also tried to factory reset the PLM, but it did not help. Any other ideas? PLM Status 0.0.0 v0 / not connected
  14. I will give that a shot. Thank you
  15. Hello io_guy, I recently had my Raspberry Pi that was running Nodelink totally crash, so I decided to install Nodelink on my PC that runs my cameras. I read through your instructions but I have run into a few issues. You mentioned in some of your instructions that I need to download a zip file. I have only been able to download the JSON and DLL files. I do have NET core 3.1 installed. It seems like I am missing a few steps. Any other information you can provide would greatly be appreciated. Thank you Regards, Robert Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk
