Prior to migrating to eisy, alexa worked great just followed the instructions for adding the skill. Got 15 devices added and assigned them in the alexa app. In the app all of the new devices say Device is unresponsive Has anyone had this happen

It does, setting it up now. U have to log in to portal and add echo. Then go to alexa app and add isy skill.

They dont show responder status. Thats ok cause its for the bedroom only. Have groups of lights on different switches i will control as well as the fanlinc

I got it to work. Changed the mini remote from scen to toggle. Then made a scene for off high and medium. Assigned each button to its scene and selected the motor speed.

I have the eisy and just installed a fanlinc. I want to control it using a wireless keypad. Is there a easy tutorial to follow. I added the wireless keypad and it shows buttons being paired, a-b c-d e-f. G-h. Doesnt come up as buttons a b c d e f g h

Migrated to eisy. Working out the bugs. Latest one is my garage door sensor shows on. All of my keypads linked to garage are lit. Garage is closed. Buttons control the door but wont go off. Any ideas on how to fix with out deleting and re setting everything up? Sent from my SM-S911U using Tapatalk

I have a few devices that are bad. Is there someone that can fix them. In the past I have done some capacitors. Dont feel like doing it. Its either a capacitor or the small push switch for on off.

The garage door is linked to 6 button keypad labeled side door. Cant get rid of the green arrows.

garage door relay and 6 button keypad just shows green arrows. other stuff I know about. remotelinc is dead and heartbeats i no longer use

Since I have migrated, I have lost communication with about 5 devices. I have tried to restore device in dashboard, then deleted device and tried to re link and I get cant determine insteon engine. Has anyone else ran into this since migrating?
