    Is there a reason that the ISY99's communication to the PLM is so slow...? Is this because of Insteon Design? Sometimes it takes 5 Min. just to restore a device or create a scene!? In todays world of High speed everything, I am at a loss to understand why updating an Insteon device is not instantaneous considering the amount of data being moved is insignificant.... Please advise. Regards.
