Hi I'm not to familiar in programming my ISY994i. I'm trying to add an "IF" condition that occur when I'm between Sunset time and Sunrise time, my programm is the following and it didn't work: "IF Time is 6:00 AM And From Sunset To Sunrise (same day) Then Set Light 1 ON Else no action " What is wrong ? Thanks for your help I tryed what you wrote but it didn't work. But I finally fix it with the trial and error method. I cut the power of the said breaker and reset the dimmer switch. But one day I must understand the exact problem in order to fix it forever. It happen earlier whith an other dimmer. Jack

Hi For some reasons my 2477d dimmer is not working localy. The only way to have it working is to use a PC,smart phone .... I notice that it happened when I tryed to put it on yesterday and for some reasons my finger stayed a little bit longer on the switchlinc then usual. Then the light started to flash and after that the only way to put it on/off was with the PC....... Nothing happen when I use the reset for 3 sec How can I return to the normal way to use it localy ? Thanks for the info I finally fix the problem without knowing exactly what was the issue. I've just delele the device, unplugged it et reconnected it and link it as a new device, jack

Hi What is the meaning of a red exclamation mark beside my insteon device (dimmer 2477D) in the UD browser application and how can I solved this problem because the device is still connected but not working. thanks Jack
