  1. Banichi's post in ISY RX light constant after factory reset, no connectivity was marked as the answer   
    Nevermind. It was a subnet issue internally. The wifi and the wired network were 2 different subnets. And I think the RX light was on because the cable had come out of the PLM. I feel like a dope.
