  1. Thank you LeeG. Factory Reset and Restore Device did the trick; all is well on the homefront now.
  2. I have a ToggleLinc 2466D that stopped responding to timed events, controller button presses or ISY994i Administrations commands. It controls the outside back spotlights. Flipping the ToggleLinc switch will operate the light, but noting else will. This 2466D is in a double gang box with another 2466D that works fine. I have used event viewer to watch what happens and I do not see anything out of the ordinary. ISY Admin shows the device changing to ON but that isn't happening. The ToggleLinc is a member of many scenes involving various Remote Linc2, Remote Lincs and Keypad buttons. What further diagnostics would you recommend. Should I reset the2466D to factory defaults> TIA
  3. Thanks Michel. I am in Texas and my Smart Meter will communciate with the Rainforest EAGLE. I have registered my smart meter and have updated my profile to add the EAGLE as a HAN (Home Area Network) device. Once that registration is complete, I will fire up the EAGLE and configure it to communicate with Bidgely. Since the EAGLE has Zigbee capability and will decode the power usage onto my wifi network before sending it to Bidgely, wouldn't it be feasible for the ISY994i to consume that data stream rather than establishing an additional Zigbee connection with the meter? Aside from the $100 additional expense for the Zigbee interface to the ISY994i, what other costs might I expect and how can I process the data on the ISY994i. Many thanks.
  4. Take it one step further: If you were sent the "Door is Up" alert email that the door has been open for 30 minutes, then have another program send you the "Door is Down alert when the door is closed. You ONLY want to get the down alert if the door was open for more than the interval, i.e. if you get the up email, you want to get the down email. The trick is to set an integer (not state) variable and set it to 0 (false) when the door goes up then to 1 (true) when the up email is sent. Create another program that reacts when the door goes down AND the variable is 1 (true) to send another email alert that the door is down. And useful feature of ISY programming: programs can be set to "disabled" to control when they run. Programs can execute disabled programs but conditions or status changes cannot.
  5. I just acquired an EAGLE device to use as a HAN device to communicate with my SmartMeter and forward the energy consumption info to Bidgely. As the EAGLE is a Zigbee device, what are my options to also utilize the information in my ISY994i PRO? Can I upgrade my ISY994i PRO to a Zigbee-compatible model? If so and at what cost. Any other words of advice regarding Energy Monitoring in the ISY universe?
  6. Xathro knows way more than I do, but I will throw in my neophyte experience with the I/O Linc. You want the Relay to operate in one if the three (A or B or Momentary modes; you also want to set the duration of the On state to be long enough for the door to close, e.g. 10 seconds. You set this in Admin Console, click the relay and choose the Options button. Activating the relay (turning it on) has the same effect as pressing the garage opener wall button; you complete the circuit and the opener activates. Putting the relay in one of the three Momentary mode (A, B or C) will turn it off after the elapsed time. I have my ISY setup to text me if/when the garage door remains open for more than 5 minutes and then again when it closes. Every 15 minutes between sunset and sunrise, another program checks the sensor and if the door is open, it activates the relay to close it.
  7. Just a thought: If you have the program turn the scene on or off rather than the device, would that solve the problem?
