Wait, are you saying that we can no longer access the admin console on our 99i units? I can understand that you discontinued the unit and are not offering any new features or bug fixes, but I expect the unit to continue to work as before without losing all ability to manage it. This is unacceptable. I suggest you find a way to correct this ASAP or start sending all 99i owners a free 994i unit.

I have an isy99i running 3.3.10 and I have the exact same problem. While I understand that this may be caused by a change that Apple implemented in iOS7, that does not mean that a workaround on UD's part is impossible. Also, since this affects all users of your product that run iOS devices (which I suspect is a large group of users), I suggest it would be a good idea to see if you can find a solution.
