  1. web1 started following cannot install the isy finder

    the file "start.jnlp" downloads but does not open. I originally had the isy finder (admin console) on my Widows 10 64bit laptop, but it got deleted and now cannot reinstall it. my pc info: Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4200U CPU @ 1.60GHz 2.30 GHz Installed RAM 6.00 GB (5.72 GB usable) System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
