how long did the reset work for? forever?

My ISY worked fine for about a year, then a few months ago started turning lights on randomly. Sometimes it would occur soon after turning off a light manually (turn itself back on several minutes later), sometimes completely random, wake up and have 3 lights on. I unplugged it for a few months, then recently had time to try to trouble shoot, i updated its software, and it seems to be a *little* better, but still getting random on's and still get it turning lights back on soon after i turn them on. There is also an ELK involved, but that seems to be functioning fine. Anybody seen this (and i do not believe it is any of the insteon devices as they all work properly when the ISY is unplugged). Thanks!

I have searched and cant find the answer. I use MAC address filtering on my home network, I cant seem to find a way to get the MAC address of the ISY 99i. That being said, it oddly still works on my network, lol. How do I extract the MAC address....i'm guessing they all use the same one, perhaps one of the "reserved" internal only addresses (ie 10.xxx) and that is why my router doesnt seem to mind....
