Dear Mitchel, Thank you for the reply. I successfully upgraded my ISY4iPro to 4.2.0. However, I still couldn't link any of my three I/O Linc 2450 Rev 2.0a. I had used different device types including auto discover, (07.00) 2450 IOLinc; (07.0D) 2450 IOLinc (Refurbished) and (07.01) Unsupported Device. I would appreciate your help Regards. HH

I also have the same problem reported with some refurbished IOLinc. Please give instructions on how to update my ISY 994iIR to 4.1.3
