I just happened to look at my Error Log today, and I noticed that there were thousands (20k+) of 80009 Error messages. I looked up the code, but it means nothing to me: -80009 IGD FAILED STRIPPING HTTP HEADERS Can someone tell me what this means, and do I have a problem? Doh! I figured it out. Turns out I must have linked it to the ISY in a mode where it ignored those buttons (4 scene?). When I looked at the ISY link table there were only links for the 6 buttons. So all I had to do was remove it from the ISY, the re-link it. Viola, it works now - all 8 buttons! Thanks for the clue on the link table, that's what mae me go look there.

Actually, there should be no links, as I dd a factory reset and have not done any linking with it, but I will try this.

I have a Remote Linc 2 (2444) and it appears (to me at least) that the bottom 2 buttons don't work. I have set the device in 8 button non-toggle mode, and when i press any of the other 6 buttons (a-f) i can see in the event viewer a message like : [ 1C 20 BD 3] DON 0,but when i press g or h, nothing. The led on the device flashes green, however so I know I have actually pressed the button. Is this a device issue, or something else?

OK, so is this a known issue/problem? Is there a workaround - other than setting the folder to true (not easy if nested 2-3 folders), or moving the pgm out of the folder (a pain, cause then you need to remember to move it back)? Thanks, Steve

Perhaps I was unclear - what I meant was from the administrative Console, if I right click on a program in the Program Summary tab and choose Run Then, I expect the Then clause to run - period (testing), but if the program is under a folder that is False, it does not.

I did some testing and came to the following conclusion - If a program is inside a folder, and the Folder Status is FALSE, Run Then does NOT work!!!!!!

I too have a problem with Run Then not working.
