Just got the new PLM and before I replaced it everything started working again. Here is the latest PLM links table. Seems back to normal.

So I went to tools diagnostics PLM /info status and it did some kind of update. Is this a PLM restore? Still does not work.

Forgot to write that down. I did a restore on the switch in the program. Did not correct the issue.

Lost fast off and fast on function for all switches
Noticed that one of my switches did not work with fast off and on. Tried another switch controlling other lights and also did not work. Reset the switch and still did not work. Setup a new fast off scene on a different switch and it did not work. Restore the device in the ISY software and it did not work. Ran tools-diagnostics-show device links table Have not revised anything recently in the system Can anyone see an issue from this? What next?

ISY finder: not found
Thanks. Basically the ATT router is used for wired devices (two laptops at their respective desk) and all the wifi runs off EERO extenders with the base one plugged into the ATT router. ATT router is mandatory with ATT fibre and I needed extenders for my long house. Have not tried it yet but if I try and access isy from a remote location will I be able to?

Is this as simple as choosing Automatic (DHCP) under Network settings in the UD Network settings? and clearing the UPnP?

I watched Steve Lees video on Port Forwarding and noticed my Gateway IP address (under Configuration/System) was not the same as my current router. Revised it to my ATT router and revised the DNS and saved and now my time is correct!! So I had two issues, one my laptop was on the separate EERO wireless system while the ISY was on the router. The other was my Gateway settings in the ISY console were wrong. Thanks everyone for the time and help.

thanks! My ISY is connected to ATT modem thru a D-Link switch box. My Laptop is also connected to the same D-link switch box BUT I see that my laptop was actually set to the wireless eero system. I turned off the wifi on the laptop and now see isy and UID in the iox finder!! Windows 11 I go to my LAN console, login and see all my devices. I can activate my devices in the console. I have had my windows defender off for a couple hours. No VPN. online portal is same UID #. BUT the time is still off by 1.25 hours. In the Online portal it says ISY is not online. I think I did everything you said? It looks like my ISY is not going out to the outside timer server and the ISY Portal? This shows internet access disabled.
