When I go to the "Spoken device list" page on the ISY Portal under Amazon Echo, it says I have 99 devices and scenes. When I either search for this device on that page, or go to the page where it should show up, it is not listed. Where I do see it on the ISY Portal, is when I go from the "Spoken device list" page, click Add Device, and look at the drop down list, and then it shows up as red along with many other devices. So this situation is confusing. When I go to the ISY Web Console Portal, and look at the device list, I can see it there, and control it. I'm not sure why it isn't showing up in the Spoken device list. Thanks.

Hey everyone First off, just want to say I am a BIG fan of my ISY 994i! I'm running 4.5.4 on my ISY, have the ISY Optimized for Smart Home v2 skill enabled on my Alexa account. And many things work in terms of controlling ISY devices with our Amazon Echos. However, there are some devices that are not showing up in the list of devices that Alexa knows about. I looked in my ISY Portal account, and they are not listed there in the list of spoken device list. Is there a limit of 99 devices? It says I have 99 devices. When I click add device in the spoken device list window, and look at the drop down of devices, the one I am trying to add (and many others) are shown in red. There are newer devices listed in black. I have clicked the refresh button on both the spoken device list window, and the main ISY Portal window, and no luck. Any ideas how to get this to work? The device I'm trying to control is an outdoor outlet. Other ones can be controlled file via Alexa in our setup, just not this one. Thanks, Mike

I turned off DNS inspection on my firewall and rebooted it, and now my ISY is working again. Thanks to you and Michel (who I traded some emails with)! Cheers, Mike

Hi Teken I tried hard rebooting it, and it is still having DNS errors. Any other ideas? Thanks, Mike

Hey guys Happy New Year (almost)! I am hoping someone can help me. After upgrading to 4.3.26, my DNS resolution on the ISY 994i is no longer working. NTP, email alerts, and now ISY Portal Module installation are all failing. I have checked my DNS settings and they are fine. All of my other computers on the same network can access DNS just fine. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks, Mike

Hey guys I started getting some DNS error messages, and my email notifications also stopped working. I tried changing my DNS server to another one that I know for sure works, and I am still getting errors. Here are some examples: Thu 2015/09/24 07:46:17 PM System -170001 [Network-DNS][Task=23] Failed DNS 11524/rc=6 Thu 2015/09/24 07:46:17 PM System -140000 api.aerisapi.com My ISY 994i is running 4.2.18, and has been running without problems for a long time until this started happening recently.
