  1. My EISY stopped responding to Alexa commands a week or so ago and none of my programs were executing. I was able to log into the admin console and see everything but when I tried turning off a light, I got an error (screen shot it). I tried upgrading to the latest version. No changes. Today I logged in and it was fine and I thought it might be the PLM. I see green lights but I unplugged it and disconnected it for a moment and plugged it back in. I rebooted the EISY. Now it won't accept my username and password! I am completely locked out... but I can still get into it from my.isy portal. Same issue with no response when I try to turn off a light switch. Desperately need help from somebody on how to restore my access to admin console and how to troubleshoot. I have a ton invested in this system. My email is stu@stu.org if anyone can reach out. THANKS!!!
  2. Thanks y'all. I think we solved it!
  3. Turns out the were both dimmers. I didn't realize until I took them all off the walls. I can't FIND the device to delete it. That's my issue. Anyone know how to remove a device by ID number when I don't know what it is named?
  4. I used the “replace device” and it worked. But that may have caused the issue.
  5. I swapped some insteon dimmers with on-off switches and now I have a device that when I try to add it to the EISY it says it is "already added." But I can't figure out how to remove it as it is not listed as any of my devices. I did a topology export so I could search by the address and it's not there. 4c.37.a5 not that it matters. Help???
