  1. I went ahead and just reset the isy, that should have put it back in default router settings are the same, there is no-one sharing the ip address. i do not have a static ip, when the ip has changed numerous times over the three years, it would automaticly change/update still nothing working
  2. this will be my second isy that has done this , about three years ago, same thing happened, I was told my box was fried. as of today, replaced all ethernet cables with new, new plm. i have not changed any routers, I have not changed any modems, NOTHING WAS TOUCHED OR CHANGED. try to launch the isy from direct line to computer and still unable to connect to the isy. ..............
  3. I have two door sensors, they both work fine but the isy show that it needs up dates, then every time I do updates to another device, it automatically tries to update the sensors, but is says can not communicate with door sensor. door sensor 2845-222 I have the isy99i pro, around 20 devices. already have new java update. windows 7
