    Power supply doesn't fit ISY99 receptacle

    ZinGasm posted a topic in ISY994
    my 2412s modem has been making trouble so i ordered the 2413s. i also needed a power supply, which smarthome recommended 1223PS. now i have both, but the internal barrel on the DC tip seems to be too small to fit the ISY receptacle! i don't want to force fit it. has anyone seen anything similar??
