Does this mean that you are not getting prompted for userid/password? Correct just a blue screen If so, would you please reboot ISY, observe the pattern of LEDs on the front of the unit and let me know what the pattern is? i.e. do you see any of the lights continuously blinking especially error/mem or both?Power on RX TX M blink then stay on for w few seconds then off Power on. I just changed over my PC to a MAC But I can not get the ISY99I to work on the MAC. I also use a Remotelinc And it still works. Is there a program that I can control items on the ISY99I? Is there a Mac program that will work Thanks for the help Dodger

How do I add a item to a scene I have a wall plug I would like to add to a bed room Scene. How do I do that ? I will install the plug in the wall then what? Ant one know of a windows based software program that would make programing drag and drop? On that I do not have to leave the computer on all the time? Thanks for the help Dodger

I had to reformat my hard drive today. So when I went to set up my ISY 99 I and Power line Modem Module. I go into the Admin Console All devices current state is blank I can not control anything from the computer All my devices are present in the network My remotelinc works fine. The RX light is always on for the universal Device How can I get it back so I can turn things off and on from the computer? Thanks for the help Dodger

I like this system. But for me it is difficult to program and make changes. Is there a windows based program that is very easy to use to program all my devices. Mostly lights , switches, but would like to add security, and maybe some cameras. Dodger

I was wondering if there is a windows based program that is easy to use ,and program? I presently use the ISY 99I Home Automation Controller with PLM. I have insteon lighting products and am going to add cameras, door and window security. Would like a program that is very easy to use and be able to make changes to. Before I had to do a format I had an Icon on my desk top that I could click on and it would take me to the universal device. Now I have no Icon I can get to the device but now I have to put in the ip address. How can I get the icon back so it is easer to get to the device?

I am new at this and this is the set up I have . It works most of the time but looses conection some times. Rand, The system has been working great. But now I have been having some problems. How do you set up a KPL button for each scene? That is one thing I never set up. I do not understand how to do it. Please explain. Simple terms. Remember I am very new at this. I have one device that started to give me problems. It is a light socket and when I pushed button 2 once on the KPL it started to blink. If I pushed it twice very quickly it would shut the device off or on. Now it does not communicate with the device and when I do a reset. It times out. On that same computer when I try to access this forum it says has no connection. It says some thing about needing a PHP what ever that is. John
