Thanks everybody for the help. I needed to open a support ticket to get mobilinc off my ISY, the portal would not let me remove it myself. Not sure if that is normal, it might be that the ISY is over ten years old (and still running perfectly!).
I also learned I needed to delete the Mobilnc entries manually from Alexa/Echo, not sure if I just missed that in the migration instructions or looked in the wrong place. Good news is, the ISY Portal is now installed and working well.
I also saw the eisy was back in stock, I ordered one. I'm not even sure if I really needed it given the ISY is still performing so well, but, I thought it was worth it if only to give Universal Devices the business. Supporting a product for ten years is amazing.
