I am trying to manually upgrade firmware using Mac OS X for isy 994i. When I go to the manually upgrade isy link under help, I get the Mac finder pop up to pick the file. The problem is in that popup it does not show any files under any of my folders. Like it cannot access the file system. I tried a thumb drive, external drives, changing access privileges. Nothing works, can't see or access Files.
