    @shannong Are the 5816 transmitters sending directly to your security system, or to a receiver that interfaces with your security system? Can the shutoff valve receive the water event directly, or is there a receiver that can pickup the water event, then trigger the valve to the closed position? (i.e. for those of us who don't have an M1) I like the Elk Shutoff valve and the receiver solution you described, but I want a user friendly interface that can send email notifications in addition to triggering the valve (like the Insteon controller with smartphone UIs). Also, I have a DMP security system. Do you know if I can interface the 5816's to it? Thank you, John
