Hi, New here. I've been very pleased with what I can do with ISY 994i. I have had much of a problem until now. I also have the Z-Wave Module. I followed the instructions on assembly and to do the $1 purchase. When I click on Help->Manage Modules, it asked me if I want to install Z-Wave Module (21100). After clicking Yes, it gives me an error dialog "TCP client request failed (UDI-MM:400]". In the event viewer, I see the 2 lines below (uuid removed): Fri 10/17/2014 04:57:45 PM : UDI-MM: Connecting to http://www.universal-devices.com/sales/modules/statu8s?uuid=uuid:[uuid removed]&nodetails Fri 10/17/2014 04:57:45 PM : UDI-MM: No Response from http://www.universal-devices.com/sales/module/status?uuid=uuid[uuid removed]&nodetails I am behind a firewall. If ports other than 80 and 443 are used, I'll need to know what they are so I can open them. At this point, I'm not able to use the Z-Wave module. Any help will be appreciated. Thx G
