    It's been a month - But - reporting back to say I Figured Out what was going on.  Timed events were not firing, then suddenly they started working.  But things were all messed up between noon and 8 PM.  By messed up, I mean actions were delayed by minutes or wouldn't appear to run at all.  Just a lot of strange events.
    LONG story short, my son had added some new Aquarium Lights and had them running on their own timer - between noon and 8 PM.  The Initial problems I had seen, which were After 8 PM, was because he had the lights on manually at that time.  Figuring this out and then Adding a FilterLinc to his lights - has fixed everything.  I'll mark this as Fixed.
