    I have tried everything in the post. Di I need a new SSD? my UUID was 00:0d:b9:53:cc:0c, I also have been considering upgrading to an Eisy. This device is a Polisy Pro.

    How do I get the discount for a new Eisy, I have been a long term customer and have a Polisy Pro with all the add ons. i have no idea how to contact anyone at Universal Devices.
