  1. Hello Michel, Thanks for this information. Restoring from an old backup seem to fix it. After restoring from the backup I had to restore the PLM, but now everything is working. Thanks again.
  2. Thanks for the reply Michel. I have not done a File | Restore Devices. Only a File | Restore Modem (PLM) which I have tried a few times now. The logs should reflect this. I have also tried to manually query a few of the devices to check them but all have failed. The interesting thing is if I do a Tools | Diagnostics | PLM Info Status, I see the correct PLM address and it states it is connected. Right after the System Busy comes up and starts trying to communicate to several different device.
  3. Well I've been searching for an answer and seem to be stuck. I have an ISY-994 that I connected to a 2413S. I noticed the light on the PLM went out and I came to the conclusion that it was dead. I followed the below link and was able to get it to come back on with some new caps and the ISY says it can communicate with it. https://1projectaweek.com/blog/2017/6/2/repairing-a-failed-insteon-powerlinc-power-line-modem-plm-2413u The problem is when I go to restore the PLM it doesn't seem to work. The link table says 0 and I see a bunch of 'write failed' in the log. I had a spare 2413UH laying around, so I swapped the USB and serial daughter cards. The ISY now sees the new address, but I get the same result as the newly functioning 2413S. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this? I've attached logs from trying to do a 'restore PLM' as well as turn on a couple device from the ISY. Thanks. -Dustin ISY-Events-Log.v5.0.4__Mon 2017.06.19 08.52.02 AM.txt
