What Thermostat Mode does the tstat need to be in? It is currently set to heat. I have V.28 of the adapter. How do I determine the version of the tstat? Nodes? I see: Heat Setpoint Thermostat Mode Fan State Heat/Cool State (which don't have a data display box) Yes, using a 99I. Can I email you a screen shot?

With remote access if there any way to know if the HVAC unit is currently running? My current viewing options are Current State (temp), Setpoint (Temp), Humidity, Heat Setpoint, Thermostat Mode, Fan State and Heat/Cool State (which don't display anything).

I updated the firmware and cleared java cache. Still did not respond. I then removed the 2450 and then reinstalled. The scene now responds very quickly when the sensor changes state. Thanks for the help.

I connected my 2450 to receive an output from a security system dry output contact. It is connected to gnd and sense terminals. I get a instant light on the 2450 when the gnd and sense terminals are made. My problem is I don't get the response in the ISY-991 software until I manually query the device. I was wanting the Isy to trigger a email on a event. Do I need additional programing for the ISY to query more often?

When I remote in to my ISY-991 via the internet from another computer I can not acces the administrative console. I can only access thru the devices page. The remote computer has java loaded on it. Any suggestions?

Can 80 or 443 be used? I believe I may have a problem with my router. I've set up port forwarding. Also, have set the DDNS service up. The router says it is set up successfully, but it does not display my current external ip address. It displays more of a internal format. I've been looking on the Linksys forums for more info. If I can ever make a external connection I will inquire how to make it more secure.

I have a linksys WRT54GS ver 2.1 router and a ISY-99i Pro Udi. I would like to be able to access it remotely via the internet. I have a Dyndns account and have the updater working on my computer. Although I enabled the internet access in UD Admin Console I can't acess remotely. Is there a detailed step by step set of access instructions for my router model? Thanks.
