I have over 2 dozen devices that I would like if any of them are on it will light a button on a 6 button controller. I would also like to be able to press the button if it's on to turn everything off in the house. I have been able to achieve this with varying amounts of success. But to date I have yet to get it to work 100% of the time. These devices are a mix of Insteon and Z-Wave devices. I am running version 5.0.4. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks

I had this exact problem. I fixed it by making it a momentary A. I also had to change the hold time to 10 seconds to get a wireless switch to work properly in the car.

If you want use tablets around the house to control things think about using Tasker also. I use this with MobiLinc and wall mount them and it works great. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

I had to upgrade my isy system to the version 5. After doing this all was good.

Does the query all have to b be at 3am or can it be another time?

I have multiple Fanlinc with 6 button combos in my house. They all work great except one. It will turn off at 3am on random days. I have yet to find out why. Anyone else have this issue?

That's what I thought. I'm still having the issue of its hit and miss whether or not the entire display shows up on the thermostat in MobiLinc. I hope I don't have a bad thermostat. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

The only way I get those options is if I add it to a scene and add a z-wave Smoke detector in the scene with it. No this does not fix the issue. I did find a work around by setting up multiple scenes with just the thermostat in it. Then I turn scenes on through program 'then' statements. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

That's why I'm confused. I don't have the settings you are talking about. When I add the thermostat to my program then statement I get the following options: On Off Fast On Fast Off Query (Beep Duration) (Backlight Level) If I add a scene with only the thermostat in it I get the following options: On Off Fast On Fast Off Bright Dim Beep Fade up Fade down Fade stop Query It's acting like a light. I finally got my thermostat! I added it to my ISY and all looked good. I was able to manually control the thermostat thru the admin console. But the two issues I have are: I can't control it thru programs. The thermostat shows no status in MobiLinc.

I have found with the IOLincs I'll plug them into the same electrical circuit as my ISY and PLM but the ISY can take upto 24 hours to recognize that they are plugged in. After that I can program them and move them anywhere in the house. They also run flawlessly after this also.

I have just recently started using the ISY w/ Z-Wave. I bought one of the ZCombos to see if I could get it working. It synced with the system fine. I was able to send test signals to my phone and received a heart beat from it about every 12 hours. The only thing I had trouble with is getting it to send a smoke alarm. I used a can of smoke and could get the alarm to go off but nothing changed on the ISY. I remembered that it could some times take 24 hours (not sure why) for my Insteon devices to start working after install. So I waited 24 hours and now it works like a champ. I'll be going out today to replace the rest of them in my house.
