  1. Just received my ISY994zwPro/IR today and added a motion detector so far. It's listed under ISY 3 times with the same name. I tried removing it and adding it again, same thing. If I click on ISY - it also shows all 3, but only one of them as an "On" as current state. Is it normal for this device or others to be listed multiple times?
  2. Awesome, thanks!
  3. Yes, I only have 1 meter so I'm hoping I won't need two devices. Hopefully the RF range will be ok. Hopefully everything will arrive by Friday to get started. Looking forward to my first program, albeit a simple one! Is there anything else I may need (hardware wise) to get started?
  4. Doesn't seem to bad. I'm assuming the Wiki would have documentation that you had described. The Serial PLM and ISY would most likely be in my living room which is center of house and being under 1.8k sq/ft I would imagine it would reach without issue. I also forgot to mention, I have two service panels, 200A each. So I'm assuming I would need two range extenders at the panel? Edit: So with that program, could I also add "if light is already on, then don't turn on" as well? Can multiple programs control the same device? For instance - program 1 turns the light on when door opens, but program 2 turns all the lights in the house off when I press "goodnight" on the switch?
  5. I'm planning to purchase the Insteon/ISY994i/Pro ZWave w/ IR device. So far I have an open/close door sensor, single light switch, and Serial PLM. My first HA project is to turn the hallway light on when the front door open/close sensor detects an "open" and its between sunset/morning hours. The light then shuts off after a set period of time (5 minutes). The activity is then logged to a database to keep a record of the "open" and "close". I have done programming in HTML, PHP, MySQL before, so the logic of doing the task seems pretty straightforward. However, how does that translate into programming the ISY? 1) Adding the devices 2) Setting up the "scene". 3) Configuring the conditional trigger 4) Logging the activity Also - is Philips Hue supported yet?
